Blank Rome pro bono attorney Krystal Kane and BK Katzmann (Ballard Spahr) will lead the Philadelphia VIP Transgender Name Changes training program, taking place as a hybrid program on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. EDT.
The training will teach volunteer attorneys how they can help low-income transgender clients change their names in Philadelphia. VIP is partnering with Philadelphia Legal Assistance to connect more trans clients to volunteer attorneys in 2025.
