ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This program is designed for in-house counsel, navigating how relationships impact how they practice law within a company. Sessions will cover typical topics that come up in practice, such as bad actors and investigations, labor unions, lobbying, how to protect or keep employees during mergers and acquisition deals, and how technology can help a legal group. Attendees will gain valuable insight into managing complex legal issues through effective communication and collaboration.
